These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Founderise platform ('Founderise', 'we', 'us', or 'our'). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the platform.

1Definitions

· Platform: Refers to the Founderise website, app, tools, and all associated services.
· User: Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Platform.
· Content: All information, data, text, images, video, audio, and other materials posted or uploaded to the Platform.

2Acceptable Use Policy

· Do not use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
· Do not scrape, extract or copy data from the Platform using automation.
· Do not upload malware or try to bypass system security.
· Do not impersonate others or provide false information.

3Subscriptions & Payments

· Use of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing cycle are shown at the point of subscription. By subscribing, you authorise Founderise (through our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
· Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. There are no minimum-term commitments.
· Cancellation: you can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the Platform. After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of the current paid billing period; no further charges will be taken thereafter.
· No refunds: cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or pro-rata credit for the unused portion of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
· 14-day cancellation right (UK): because the Platform is delivered as a digital service and you can begin using it immediately on subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply once the service has begun being supplied at your request.
· Price changes: we may change subscription fees from time to time. Any price increase will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect if you do not wish to accept the new price.

4Service Availability & Modifications

· We aim to provide uninterrupted access, but cannot guarantee uptime.
· We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.

5AI Disclaimer

· AI-generated content and advice are for guidance only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or financial advice.
· Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on AI interactions.

6Intellectual Property

· All intellectual property on the Platform is owned by or licensed to Founderise.
· Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7Data Retention & Deletion

· Users may request to delete their account and associated data.
· We retain data for 30 days after cancellation unless otherwise required by law.

8Third-Party Services

· Founderise integrates with third-party services such as payment processors or AI providers.
· We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.

9Jurisdiction & Governing Law

· These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
· Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

10GDPR & Data Protection

· Founderise is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
· We process personal data lawfully, transparently, and for legitimate purposes only.
· Users have the right to access, correct, or delete their personal data at any time.
· We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your data from unauthorised access or disclosure.
